American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA)

The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) of 2009 (Public Law 111-5) was enacted on February 17, 2009. The purpose of this guidance is to provide information on funding, project selection, eligible activities, and specific requirements.

The Florida Inspectors General have designated four workgroups in response to ARRA.  They are:
FRAUD DETERRENCE DATA QUALITY
   
REPORTING RISK MANAGEMENT
